Sunday Night Football marks the Giants' fourth primetime game of the season. If Giants vs. Bills is this is like the other ones, we are in for a rough watch because the first three resulted in three-score blowouts.
My script for my same game parlay will trust history to repeat itself. We are going to trust the Bills to play bully-ball and run up a first-half lead, and then comfortably run out the clock like the previous three Giants opponents on primetime.
The Parlay (+433 at FanDuel):
- Giants Team Total Under 13.5 (+100)
- Bills First Half Team Total Over 14.5 (-110)
- James Cook 60+ rushing yards (-118)
Potential Add (makes it +1121):
- Tyrod Taylor Over 24.5 rushing yards (-110)

Giants Team Total Under 13.5
New York has exceeded this mark twice this year. The first was the miraculous comeback against Arizona. The second was last week against Miami. The only reason it crossed last week was a 102-yard interception return.
The Giants will now be missing quarterback Daniel Jones, somehow making their bottom-ranked passing attack worse. The good news is Saquon Barkley ramped up his activity this week, but even if he is back, he may still be limited.
Other key contributors, including Wan’Dale Robinson and Darren Waller, have missed practice and have their own injuries hampering them. Against an aggressive defense, those injuries will only amplify the devastation coming to the Giants' offense.
Bills First Half Team Total Over 14.5
If there is one thing the Bills are excellent at, it’s taking small edges and blowing them out of proportion. In each of their wins, Buffalo has started fast and pressured opponents into mistakes as they try to keep up. This is once again a matchup with a weaker opponent that will be caught in the same cycle.
Buffalo’s defense utilizes its front to create opportunities to create big plays. This strategy has been highly effective as the Bills are first in turnovers. Against a beat-up Giants front and backup quarterback, this style should be extremely effective.
Buffalo has exceeded this mark in each of its three wins. Four of the Giants' five opponents have exceeded this mark and the Seahawks barely missed at 14. I trust Buffalo to keep the trend going and make it five of six New York opponents.
James Cook 60+ Rushing Yards
This pick is simple: winning teams run the ball and that means an opportunity for James Cook.
New York has allowed over 120 rushing yards in each of its first five games. The Giants have also been particularly gutted by explosive backs like Christian McCaffery, Ken Walker, and De'Von Achane.
Cook’s speed and explosiveness put him in this group and primed for a big day.
Tyrod Taylor Over 24.5 Rushing Yards
At the time of this writing, this pick is not available on FanDuel, but I expect it will be added when final injury information is available. The Giants' backfield is hard to predict in terms of carries due to injuries and shifts in workload. However, we know Taylor is mobile and will be on the field every snap in which he is healthy.
Taylor rushed for 14 yards in his short time on the field last week and I expect the Giants to utilize his mobility more. The Bills rank last in yards per carry allowed, creating an opportunity for success for Taylor.
Between called runs and scrambles during garbage time, this seems like a perfect prop for our script.
