This article contains predictions for an old game.

The Green Bay Packers (1-1) and TennesseeTitans (0-2) are set to square off in NFL Week 3. Kickoff is set for 1 p.m. ET from Nissan Stadium in Nashville, and the game will be broadcast live on TV on FOX and can be streamed on platforms like YouTube TV.

The Titans are now consensus 3-point favorites over the Packers (Titans -3) with the over/under set at 37 total points. Tennessee is a -140 favorite on the moneyline, while Green Bay is +115 to pull off the upset. Jordan Love has returned to practice this week but is unlikely to play. The Packers beat the Colts 16-10 last week behind 261 rushing yards, 151 of which came from Josh Jacobs.

On the other side, Will Levis has committed costly turnovers to ruin the Titans' chances in the first two weeks. Tennessee could easily be 2-0 but enters this matchup winless and in need of a spark for its season.

Let's get into my Packers vs. Titans predictions and my NFL picks and predictions for Week 3.

  • Packers vs. Titans spread: Titans -3
  • Packers vs. Titans over/under: 37 points
  • Packers vs. Titans moneyline: Titans -160, Packers +135
  • Packers vs. Titans pick: Titans to cover the spread

My Packers vs. Titans best bet is on Tennessee, as I'm unfazed by its 0-2 start and betting it to get its first win.

Spread

I'm betting on the Titans to cover the spread.

Moneyline

While I like Tennessee as a short favorite, I'm passing on the moneyline.

Over/Under

I have no pick on the total for this game, especially given the uncertainty surrounding Love's status.

My Pick: Titans -2.5 (Bet to -3)

Green Bay Packers vs. Tennessee Titans NFL Week 3 Preview

The Titans could very easily be 2-0. Some unforgivable Will Levis turnovers took wind out of their sail and proved costly.

I’ve been really impressed with the Tennessee defense. I think it’s schemed much better in recent years and added some impressive veteran talent over the offseason.

On the other side, the Packers are historically conservative with injuries, so I’m assuming Jordan Love isn’t going to play. Even if he does play, I don’t think he’d be 100% and would still take Tennessee.

Green Bay had to use a unique game plan last week with Malik Willis that isn’t going to work every week. After the Packers ran for more than 200 yards in the first half, the Colts adjusted and Green Bay wasn’t as prolific after halftime. Indianapolis got burned on the ground in Week 1 by the Texans, as well, so this may say more about them.

I have it was a five- or six-point downgrade from Love to Malik Willis. The Packers didn’t ask their new backup to do much last week, but I don’t see it working again.

I bet on the Titans the first two weeks of the season and lost. Here I am, though, going back to the well.

There are plenty of trends that say you should back an 0-2 team in Week 3, especially one that hasn’t covered in either of the first two weeks. Those trends are further strengthened by the fact that the Packers won as an underdog last week. That performance is simply not repeatable, especially against a good Titans defense.

Give me Tennessee as a slight home favorite. Willis can’t do that again.

Pick: Titans -2.5
