Two teams seeking their first win of the NFL season meet Sunday, as the Green Bay Packers and Indianapolis Colts collide in Week 2 at Lambeau Field. The game begins at 1 p.m. ET and will be broadcast on FOX, or available streaming on YouTube TV.

The Packers suffered a 34-29 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles in an opener played in Brazil, and the news was much worse as quarterback Jordan Love suffered a knee injury the team said was an MCL sprain, and is listed as doubtful to play. Running back Josh Jacobs is also questionable after being a limited participant in practice.

The Colts, meanwhile, traded points with the Houston Texans all game long only to come up short in a 29-27 home loss. Wide receiver Alec Pierce had a good day at the office, posting 125 yards and a touchdown, but quarterback Anthony Richardson was just 9-for-19.

Let's get into my Colts vs. Packers prediction and my NFL picks and predictions for Week 2 on Sunday.

Colts vs. Packers NFL Week 2 Preview, Picks

I started my betting card last week with Bryce Young. I’m leading things off with Malik Willis in Week 2.

Look, Packers quarterback Jordan Love is really good. Is he among the elite quarterbacks in the NFL yet? Despite his strong finish to last season, I don’t think we know that yet.

Willis at least has some experience starting at quarterback in the NFL. He’s not like Tim Boyle who has never shown promise, even in college. Willis can move and isn’t as big of a downgrade as the market seems to think he is.

While the Packers played an international game last week, they’ve had extra time to rest up having played on Friday. That gives them more time to prepare for life without Love.

Anthony Richardson certainly showed flashes of being great last week with his arm and legs. He kept the Colts in it against Houston. Richardson finished 9-of-19 passing, though, and is still an inaccurate passer. The sample size isn’t huge, but he has a lot to prove as a passer in the NFL.

Defensively, Gus Bradley is in charge in Indianapolis and will play a defense that the NFL is very familiar with. You know what you’re going to get from Indianapolis’ defense, and from the Colts as a whole. They have a good offensive line and head coach, but the defense isn’t going to surprise anyone and is a good unit for Willis to face just a few weeks after he was acquired by the Packers.

Best Bet for Colts vs. Packers

I make this game closer to Packers +1, right around a pick’em. So, if I’m getting a field goal, I’m going to take it.

This is a good spot to back the Packers after starting the season with a loss.

Pick: Packers +3
