Billed as one of the best matchups of the week — featuring the two betting favorites to win Offensive Rookie of the Year in Daniels and Bears quarterback Caleb Williams — Commanders vs. Bears delivered. Daniels threw a game-winning, 52-yard Hail Mary touchdown pass as time expired.

Daniels launched a pass into the Washington, D.C. sky that was tipped and miraculously landed into the hands of receiver Noah Brown to clinch an 18-15 victory for the Commanders.

Despite nursing a rib injury since last weekend, Daniels finished Sunday 21-for-38, with 326 yards and his game-winning score, adding eight carries for 52 yards. Williams went 10-for-24 for 131 yards.

Entering Sunday’s matchup, BetMGM gave Daniels -140 odds to win Offensive Rookie of the Year and Williams +105 odds. Daniels also entered as one of the favorites (+1400) to win league MVP.
