Not only does Jameson Williams have six touchdowns of the season, he’s also found the endzone in the past two games.
Jared Goff keeps looking his way, with 29 targets over the past four games including five in the red zone,
San Francisco’s defense is missing more starters without Dre Greenlaw or Charvarius Ward.
The Niners play zone at a top-10 rate and Williams has three touchdowns against zone this season, with only one against man.
For what it’s worth, he scored against the Niners at Levi Stadium last season in the NFC Championship. I think we see a repeat tonight.
Ricky Pearsall Anytime Touchdown (+550)
This is more of an upside play.
Ricky Pearsall has seen 73% of snaps, and his targets are picking up with four in each of the past two games.
Detroit plays man coverage at a top rate in the NFL, and I expect Brock Purdy looking his way with Jauan Jennings and George Kittle garnering so much attention.
The Niners were eliminated from the playoffs and are home dogs.
With the Lions typically being a fast-start team, it could put the Niners in a trailing game-script, forcing Purdy to pass more.
I expect the coaching staff to draw up more looks for Pearsall to see what they have in their 2024 first-round pick.
