For the third straight week, we have a new favorite to win the NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year Award.
In Week 1, it was Caleb Williams, but Marvin Harrison Jr. emerged as the front runner after Week 2.
Now, after a dominant Week 3 performance, the Giants’ Malik Nabers is the new favorite at +220. The rookie balled out once again, catching eight passes for 78 yards and two touchdowns as New York beat the Browns, 21-15, for it’s first win of the year.
It hasn’t taken long for Nabers to emerge as one of the league’s top wideouts. He’s tied for first with three touchdowns, ranks second in catches (23) and is fifth in both receiving yards (271) and receiving yards per game (90.3).
Nabers is actually off to one of the best starts for a rookie receiver in NFL history as he’s the first player with at least 20 receptions and three touchdown catches in his first three career games. His 23 catches are also tied with Anquan Boldin for the second-most over a player’s first three games. Meanwhile, at 21 years and 56 days, he became the youngest wideout to ever catch two touchdowns in a single game.
Nabers is favored by only a whisker, though, over Harrison Jr. (+225). The Cardinals' star has 10 catches for 198 yards and three touchdowns. He’s followed by Jayden Daniels (+350), Williams (+600) and Bo Nix (+1400) to round out the top five.
