The New Orleans Saints (2-1) and Atlanta Falcons (1-2) will kick off NFL Week 4's Sunday afternoon slate. Kickoff is set for 1 p.m. ET from Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta. The game will be broadcast live on FOX and can be streamed on platforms like YouTube TV.
The Falcons are consensus 2.5-point favorites, with the game total set at 41.5. The spread has moved down one point from Falcons -3.5 at open, while the total opened at 44.5. Atlanta is -140 on the moneyline, while New Orleans is a +120 underdog to pull off the upset.
The Saints were brought back down to earth last week against the Eagles, scoring only 12 points. Derek Carr, Chris Olave and the New Orleans offense will look to bounce back in a big divisional matchup. The Falcons are 1-2 with a pair of one-score losses. Kirk Cousins will look to get his first NFC South win this week with Drake London coming off back-to-back games with a touchdown.
Injury update: Both running back Alvin Kamara and wide receiver Chris Olave are active for New Orleans.

New Orleans Saints vs. Atlanta Falcons NFL Week 4 Preview
I think this spread should be Falcons -3, so I’m taking the home team at anything less than a field goal.
I think the Saints revealed their true colors last week. They’re not going to remain the NFL’s most prolific offense this season and were brought back down to earth by a solid Eagles squad.
The Falcons were able to move the ball pretty well against the Chiefs last week, but they couldn’t convert on third or fourth down. Atlanta moved down the field on its last drive of the game with the help of a couple of penalties and came up with nothing.
In the Eagles vs. Saints game, the box score tells the story of which team was better. Philadelphia out-gained New Orleans 460-219 and averaged 6.9 yards per play to the Saints’ 4.0.
What kept the Saints in their loss to the Eagles was two costly Philly turnovers. Otherwise, this game was not close.
You have to remember who the Falcons have played, as well. They started the season against the 3-0 Steelers, who dinked and dunked their way down the field. Then, they played the Eagles, who have one of the best offensive lines in the NFL. After that was the reigning-champion Chiefs.
Atlanta just lost two starting offensive linemen in tackle Kaleb McGary and center Drew Dalman. The dropoff from them to their replacements is enormous.
The good news for the Falcons: I don’t think the Saints will be able to fully take advantage of that without a defensive front as good as the Steelers, Eagles or Chiefs.
I’m rolling with the Falcons here in a game that I think should have a three-point spread.
Pick: Falcons -2.5
