The New York Giants (2-7) and Carolina Panthers (2-7) will kick off NFL Sunday from Germany at 9:30 a.m. ET from Allianz Arena in Munich. The game will be broadcast on NFL Network and can be streamed on YouTube TV and other platforms.
The Giants are consensus 6.5-point favorites over the Panthers on the spread (Giants -6.5), with the game total set at over/under 40.5 points. New York is -275 on the moneyline and Carolina is +220.
The Giants lost 27-22 last week to the Commanders, their fourth straight loss. Daniel Jones threw for 2 touchdowns and rushed for one. The Panthers won 23-22 over the Saints last week to snap a five-game losing streak. Bryce Young got his first win of the season, while Chuba Hubbard ran for 2 touchdowns in the victory.
Let's get into my Giants vs. Panthers prediction and my NFL picks for Week 10.

Pick Against the Spread
I'm backing the Giants here in a matchup of 2-7 teams with very different resumes. Carolina has been consistently blown out this season, while the Giants have most remained competitive. Also, New York's offense has looked better in recent weeks under Daniel Jones.
Keep an eye out for Giants -6 since I would much rather play that than lay the extra one-half point at -6.5.
Over/Under Prediction
I'm not betting either team's moneyline in this game.
Moneyline
I have no pick for the over/under and am focused on betting the spread.
My pick: Giants -6.5
How to Bet Giants vs. Panthers Picks and Odds
The NFL heads to Germany in Week 10 for a matchup of two last-place teams. That might not be the most effective strategy for growing the game internationally, but it's the game we've got.
While both teams have identical 2-7 records, how they got to this point has been very different. The Giants have been mostly competitive with just two losses by more than a score. On the other side, though, all of the Panthers' losses have been by double digits. Carolina's only wins coming against a depleted Saints team and the similarly hapless Raiders back in Week 3. That explains how the Panthers grade out as slightly lucky in our NFL Luck Rankings, while the Giants check in at 30th.
With that said, Bryce Young has actually looked like an NFL quarterback since regaining his starting role in Week 8, so there's at least some optimism for Carolina.
The problem this week for the Panthers is that they match up terribly with the Giants. For all their flaws defensively, the Giants lead the league in adjusted sack rate by a fairly wide margin. While Young has shown improvement recently, it's still hard to trust him to make good decisions under pressure.
On the other side of the ball, the Giants grade out as an above-average rushing offense by DVOA, and rookie running back Tyrone Tracy has given the offense an injection of explosive ability. That's a problem for the Panthers, who rank dead last in DVOA against the run.
That's enough for me to trust the Luck Rankings and take the Giants spread. As I said above, I'd bet Giants -6.5 up to -110, but I'd really prefer to get them at -6. Be sure to monitor our NFL odds page to ensure you get the best number on Sunday morning.
Pick: Giants -6.5 (-110)
