The New York Jets (3-6) and Arizona Cardinals (5-4) will kick off the NFL Week 10 late slate at 4:25 p.m. ET from State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Ariz. The game will be broadcast on CBS and can be streamed on Paramount+, YouTube TV and other platforms.
The Jets are 1.5-point favorites over the Cardinals (Jets -1.5) with the total set at over/under 46 points scored. New York is -125 on the moneyline, while Arizona is +105 to pull off the upset.
The Jets snapped a 5-game losing streak by beating the Texans 21-13 last week. Davante Adams and Garrett Wilson combined to catch all 3 of Aaron Rodgers' touchdown passes. The Cardinals won their third straight with a 29-9 win over the Bears. James Conner ran for 107 yards, and Arizona ran for 213 as a team and scored 3 touchdowns.
Let's get into my Jets vs. Cardinals predictions and my NFL picks for Week 10.
Jets vs. Cardinals Expert Picks
Spread
I think the market is as high on the Cardinals as it will be all season. Arizona has turned three double-digit deficits in the fourth quarter into wins and is coming off a blowout win over a Bears team that never stood a chance. Here, I'm on the Jets.
Over/Under
I have no prediction for this game's total.
Moneyline
I'll play the spread instead of the moneyline here to back New York.

Jets vs. Cardinals Preview NFL Week 10
This is a good restart spot for the Jets, who got their season going on Halloween with a win over the Texans. New York kept its season alive with that win over the Texans and now faces a Cardinals team that has had everything going its way.
The Jets have had a pretty brutal schedule so far this season. They’ve played twice on Monday and Thursday already this season, and they’ve also played in London. New York has done all of this without its bye week yet.
Then you add in all of the injuries, and it’s easy to see how this season can be as chaotic as it has been for the Jets.
Well, with extended rest here, I’m taking them against a Cardinals team I’m also looking to fade.
Arizona has three wins this season in which it was down by double digits at some point and trailing late. The Cardinals’ wins over the 49ers, Chargers and Dolphins all very easily could have gone the other direction.
The Cardinals’ two most impressive performances of the season came against a Rams team in Week 2 that was badly beat up by injuries and was fielding a practice-squad-level defense and then against the Bears last week. I don’t put much stock into that game against Chicago since it has a rookie quarterback, bad head coach in terms of playing on the road, was coming off a Hail Mary loss and was missing numerous key players. The Bears simply never showed up.
The Cardinals offense has been pretty good, but I’m not buying the team overall because of how these wins have come about. I think we’re very close to – if not already there – the peak of the market on Arizona.
The Cardinals have struggled to generate pressure on opposing quarterbacks this season, which is necessary to have success against Aaron Rodgers. I’m also not sure whether Arizona can keep up with Davante Adams and Garrett wilson as this Jets offense gets more comfortable with both of them.
The weakest link in this game is the Cardinals defense, and I don’t think Rodgers will be put off by some of the schematic things that Jonathan Gannon has done to younger quarterbacks this season. Especially coming off extended rest, the Jets will be ready, led by Rodgers.
Pick: Jets -1.5 (-110)
