Betting on NFL Anytime Touchdown parlays is incredibly fun even if they’re mostly a losing proposition that will drain your bankroll if you’re not careful. Most sportsbooks tend to clean up on this bet type, so how do we scratch the parlay itch without ruining ourselves financially?
Allow me to introduce, “The 180 Challenge.” Here’s how it works:
Each week, I'll be betting a three-leg Anytime TD parlay that equates to +1800 or more at BetMGM — $10 per parlay ticket, $180 total for the season.
Maximize your Anytime Touchdown action with our BetMGM bonus code.
The goal is obviously to win as much as possible. BUT, the safety net is you only need to hit one parlay all season to make your money back.
If you go 0-18 (which would be unfortunate), the positive spin is it's only $180. This way, we can still participate with fun touchdown parlays while managing our bankroll. So far, I’m 0-6 this season but only down $60. I’ve gotten really close in Week 3 and Week 5 with 2-of-3 touchdown scorers hitting.
Disclaimer: 18-1 parlays have less than a 5% chance of hitting and that percentage only shrinks as you increase the odds. Keep your expectations in check and bet on these for recreation.
Here’s my Anytime Touchdown Parlay for Week 15 at +1929 at BetMGM:
Mostert, who leads the NFL in total touchdowns, has five scores in his last three games. On Monday Night Football against the Titans, he carried the ball 21 times for 96 yards and two touchdowns.
Now he gets to face a Jets team he scored twice on in the Black Friday game. Playing at home, this could be an easy checkmark.
After missing the Panthers game, Hill is good to go for Week 15 against the Giants.
Hill had 15 touches in his last game against the Lions, totaling 13 rushes for 59 yards and a touchdown, plus an additional two receptions for 15 yards.
This is a great spot for Hill to go off as the Giants have allowed the second-most rushing touchdowns (19) this season. New York ranks 29th in defensive rush DVOA.
Likely, who scored last week, has taken over the Mark Andrews role in Baltimore's offense.
He has 13 targets in two games since Andrews got hurt, with a target share over 20% in each game. Against the Rams, Likely played 79% of snaps and had a route participation rate over 90%.
The Jaguars rank in the bottom 10 in targets, yards and touchdowns to tight ends this season. They gave up two scores to David Njoku last week.
