The second of Sunday's NFL conference championship games get underway at 6:30 p.m. ET between the San Francisco 49ers and Los Angeles Rams.
According to live NFL odds, the Rams are currently 3.5-point favorites over the 49ers with an over/under 45.5.

In Sunday's 2022 NFC Championship Game, the San Francisco 49ers will take on the Los Angeles Rams for the third time this season.
