Arthur Smith Fired by the Falcons

As the clock struck midnight, the Falcons added Arthur Smith to the list off coach firings this season. Smith and the Falcons ended the season 5-12 against the spread, the worst mark in the NFL and the most games they've lost against the spread in a season since 1984. He finished his tenure in Atlanta with a 21-30 record and 20-30-1 mark against the spread. He is the least profitable among 52 NFL head coaches since he was hired by the Falcons in 2021.
