Much of the discussions surrounding Kenny Pickett this offseason have been about hand size.

His 8.5-inch hands will be the smallest of any quarterback in the NFL.

That doesn't appear to have hurt his draft stock as much as people think, as Pickett is still expected to be one of the top-two quarterbacks taken off the board in the 2022 NFL Draft.

Pickett had a breakout 2021 senior season, as he threw for 4,319 yards and 42 touchdowns to just seven interceptions. He was the ACC Player of the Year and won the Johnny Unitas Golden Arm Award.

He has the second-highest odds at BetMGM to be the first quarterback selected at +130. He is behind Malik Willis at -155 odds.

In Peter King's latest mock draft — in which he predicted Travon Walker going first overall that resulted in some odds movement — Pickett was the only quarterback to go in the first round. King had him going 20th overall to the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Mel Kiper Jr.'s latest mock draft — which was posted on April 13 — also had Pickett staying in Pittsburgh as the No. 20 overall pick.

Todd McShay is much more optimistic on Pickett's draft prospects, as he had him selected as the sixth overall pick in a mock draft that was released on April 5.

In the mock where Kiper and McShay took turns on April 19, Kiper took Pickett at No. 20. He noted, however, that it is a mock draft without trades and someone is more likely to trade up and pick the Pittsburgh quarterback.

FanDuel listed odds for picks 1-10 and Pickett's most likely destination was No. 6 overall at +210 odds. That is much higher than Willis' +430 odds at the same selection.

Circa Sports, which posted over/under lines for 32 different players, posted Pickett's over/under at 18.5 with -130 on the over and even money on the under.

PointsBet has Pickett's odds to go in the top 10 at +125 and has an over/under at 15.5.

Pickett has been trending in the right direction for the last couple of weeks, and it's likely that his odds could continue to drop.
