AFC Notes

The Ravens lead the AFC entering the Week 13, but they are on a bye. It's actually the Chiefs (-120) who have the best odds to be the No. 1 seed in the conference at FanDuel, with the Ravens (+410), Jaguars (+490), and Dolphins (+500) trailing K.C. on the odds board. The Chiefs have the fourth-easiest remaining strength of schedule, according to Tankathon, while the Ravens have the toughest SOS with 49ers, Jaguars, Dolphins and Steelers as their most difficult opponents.

Arguably the most important game this week features two teams in the hunt for a wild card spot: Broncos vs Texans. A win for either team swing their playoff odds, but it's crucial for the Broncos who don't face any other teams in the AFC playoff race.

NFC Notes

The Eagles are the lone team in the NFL with a chance to clinch a playoff spot in Week 13, but they'll need to get through the 49ers in Philadelphia along with

The Seahawks' loss to the Cowboys on Thursday night was detrimental to Seattle's playoff odds. It also opened the door for the Rams to jump the Seahawks in the NFC standings because L.A. owns the head-to-head tiebreaker. The Rams face the Browns at SoFi Stadium Sunday and can move into the wild card range with a win.

And then there's the NFC South, the only division without a winning team. The Falcons lead the division entering Week 13 and face the Jets this week. They have the inside track on the division crown with wins against the Saints and Buccaneers and the easiest strength of schedule in the NFL over the final weeks of the season.
