Giants vs. Falcons
By Sam Farley
We're set to see Michael Penix Jr. get his first start for the Falcons and while I'm excited to see him play, I'm very weary about giving the Giants just shy of nine points.
Are the Falcons, with an unproven rookie quarterback, that much better than the Cowboys and Saints, both oh which would have covered this line against the Giants in the past three weeks? I'd rather put my trust in the points than an untested quarterback.
Pick: Giants +8.5 (-110)
Titans vs. Colts
By Justin Van Zuiden
It certainly isn't likely, but the Colts still have some playoff life.
They also have an easy schedule to close out the season and although they need a lot of help, they should still have motivation to win, at least for now.
The Titans are an awful football team and I think the Colts will respond after a woeful offensive showing with five turnovers in Denver last week. Tennessee doesn't have nearly the same level of talent that Denver does on defense, and I expect the Colts to dominate this game. We're getting a favorable line after last week's results, so I'll happily lay the 3.5 here.
Pick: Colts -3.5 (-108)

49ers vs. Dolphins
Under 44.5 (Play to 44)
Miami has played in some high-scoring games over its past few contests inside of Hard Rock Stadium, which has undoubtedly inflated this total. There is also a chance the top wide receivers for Miami this Sunday will be River Cracraft and Malik Washington. I tend to believe Tyreek Hill will end up playing, even if he is limited, which will put added pressure on a passing attack that will be without Jaylen Waddle.
This is important because the Miami rushing attack has quietly been highly ineffective this season. When it comes to expected points added (EPA), no team in football has a generated lower output on the ground than the Dolphins. De'Von Achane has averaged more than four yards per rush in a game just once over his past six outings, and the entire rushing attack has had just two 20+ yard rushes over their past 10 games.
While the 49ers certainly haven't had the season they expected, only the Chiefs, Bills and Packers have scored more than 24 points in a game against them over the past 11 games. Sam Francisco's prideful defense seems to be hitting it's stride, limiting the Bears to 3.1 yards per play two weeks ago before limiting the Rams to 4.6 yards per play in Week 15.
With the 49ers are still missing many key pieces on offense, this total should not be lined above the key number of 44.
Pick: Under 44.5 (-110)
