After a relatively blowout-heavy NFL Week 8 slate, six contests in Week 9 have opened at or within a three-point spread.

And the Buffalo Bills are tied for the biggest opening road favorites of the season. Their spread is -14.5 for a contest in Jacksonville on Sunday.

The Los Angeles Rams also opened as 14.5-point favorites for their contest at the Houston Texans this past weekend. The Rams failed to cover after going up 38-0 heading into the fourth quarter but giving up 22 unanswered points afterward.
