NFL win totals are one of the best indicators to gauge which teams bettors are high — or low — on for the upcoming season.

All it takes is a big off-season splash or two to land on the public's radar. Franchises like the Eagles and Jets weren't hot commodities last year, but improved rosters have persuaded bettors to line up and bet over.

On the contrary, teams with question marks entering the season such as the Cardinals, Cowboys and others are drawing opposite results.

Let's dive into which teams' win totals have moved the most this summer at BetMGM. We'll also look at the three most popular over and under bets (you can track and shop all NFL regular-season win totals here).

Biggest Movers

Eagles – 8.5 to 9.5

The popular trend around the league was adding a superstar receiver and the Eagles dabbled, trading for A.J. Brown on draft night.

His presence alongside Jalen Hurts and DeVonta Smith in the Eagles offense has public bettors salivating: Nine of every 10 win total tickets and 96% of the money is on the over, which has jumped from 8.5 (-115 / -115) to a juicy 9.5 (over -125).

Off a respectable 9-8 campaign, Philly draws the second-easiest schedule via opponent win totals.

Cardinals – 9.5 to 8.5

Kliff Kingsbury is coming off his best record with the Cardinals (11-6). However, nobody wants anything to do with a club that lost seven of its final 11 games, including a 25-point blowout to the division-rival Rams in an abbreviated playoff stint.

Arizona is down from 9.5 to 8.5 in the win total market, with 94% of the money on the under. Bettors may also be anticipating a slower start out of the gates, as star wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins is sidelined for the first six contests.

Panthers – 5.5 to 6.5

Baker Mayfield's now in tow and bettors are buying the NFC South affiliate.

Carolina's just one of three teams at MGM to get bumped up a full win this off-season, with 86% of the money on the over.

Head coach Matt Rhule, meanwhile, has yet to win more than five games across a single season with the franchise.

Most Bet Overs

Lions (6.5)

The Lions. The Lions!

There's a different vibe around a team that looks a lot different than in years past and bettors have taken notice.

Detroit, at 6.5, is the top 'over' bet at MGM, racking up 94% of tickets and 95% of the money.

Saints (8.5)

Are bettors banking on the Saints flying under the radar, or simply playing the short number?

Former head coach Sean Payton crushed this number in five years straight, winning double-digit games in four.

Either way, they're riding Dennis Allen's bandwagon in Year 1, with close to 90% of money rooting for the Saints.

Jets (5.5)

It's narrative city in New York: Zach Wilson's Year 2 leap, a revamped supporting cast, you name it.

The Jets have been popular bets since they knocked the draft out of the park, as we're seeing the over up from -115 to -155.

Most Bet Unders

Bears (6.5)

Can you blame them?

Cowboys (10.5)

Despite playing in a weaker division and notching 12 wins last season, Dallas is being faded — hard.

The Cowboys are one of two teams with more than 90% of MGM handle on the regular-season win total under, joining only the Cardinals.

Steelers (7.5)

This makes for an interesting clash: Under bettors can only spot seven wins; Pittsburgh head coach Mike Tomlin has recorded eight or more wins in all 15 regular seasons at the post.
