The Patriots (1-1) face the Jets (1-1) in Week 3 of the NFL season with kickoff set for 1 p.m. ET at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, NJ. Here's an early look at the Patriots vs. Jets odds, spread and total for this Thursday night matchup.

The Jets are favored by six points over the Patriots in the latest NFL odds for Week 3, with the over/under set at 37.5.

New England Patriots

The Patriots were oh so close to starting the year 2-0 before falling to the Seahawks in overtime Sunday. They hit the road for the second time this season after winning as a road dog Week 1 in Cincinnati. Rhamondre Stevenson’s been terrific early in the year, running the ball 25 times for 120 yards (4.8 ypc) and one touchdown.

New York Jets

The Jets got their first win of the Aaron Rodgers era thanks a defensive stand at the end of their 24-17 win in Tennessee. Rodgers has completed 31-of-51 passes for 343 yards and three touchdowns thus far in his return from an Achilles injury. New York returns to the Meadowlands for their first home game of the year. However, they haven’t beaten the Patriots at home since the 2015 season.
