The Philadelphia Eagles (6-2) and Dallas Cowboys (3-5) will kick off the NFL Week 10 late slate at 4:25 p.m. ET from AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. The game will be live on CBS and can be streamed on Paramount+, YouTube TV and other platforms.
The Eagles are 7-point favorites over the Cowboys (Eagles -7) with the total set at over/under 44 points. Philadelphia is -360 on the moneyline, while Dallas is +280 to pull off the upset.
The Eagles got their fourth straight win with a 28-23 win over the Jaguars. Saquon Barkley had 199 yards of total offense, while Jalen Hurts accounted for 3 touchdowns. The Cowboys lost their third straight game last week, 27-21 to the Falcons last week. Dak Prescott is out for the season due to a hamstring injury, so it'll be Cooper Rush under center for Dallas this week.
Let's get into my Eagles vs. Cowboys predictions and my NFL picks for Week 10.
Eagles vs. Cowboys Expert Picks
Spread
I lean toward the Eagles here given how poorly Dallas has played at home this season against the Saints, Ravens and Lions. I'm not going to be the spread in this game, though.
Over/Under
Our experts are projecting this total at least one point below the listed 43.5.
The Cowboys have played at the fastest pace in the NFL this season, but I can't imagine that continues with Cooper Rush under center instead of Dak Prescott. I'm expecting the Eagles to focus on the run game with Jalen Hurts limited in practice this week by an ankle injury, which should keep the clock ticking and enable the under to hit here.
Moneyline
I'm not betting either side's moneyline.

Eagles vs. Cowboys Preview NFL Week 10
The Cowboys have struggled mightily at home this season, and Cooper Rush replacing Dak Prescott is not going to be the answer.
This could have been a get-right spot for the Cowboys before Prescott’s injury. It looks like Dallas is going to get back Micah Parsons, who might be the most valuable player to his team’s defense in the NFL.
It’s not like the Cowboys defense was lighting the world on fire with Parsons in the first four games of the season, allowing an average of 26 points with him active. Without him, though, Dallas has allowed 30.25 points per game in its last four.
With Parsons back and neither offense looking like it should thrive, I’m on the under here. Sean Koerner has this total projected at 42.5, while Chris Raybon has it at 41.5, a full two points below the listed 43.5.
Also, this game is unlikely to be played at a fast pace, even if a look at the season-long numbers might tell a different story.
The Eagles are 10th in the NFL at 28 seconds per snap, according to FTN, while the Cowboys average just 24, which is the fewest in the NFL. That was with Prescott, though.
If the Cowboys have any chance here, it will be keeping the Eagles off the field. They cannot expect to insert Rush for Prescott and hope the offense maintains its full potential. While Dallas hasn’t been able to run the ball very efficiently, that will have to be its main plan of attack to keep Philadelphia off the field.
Pick: Under 44 (-110)
