The Raiders come into this game 3-7, a record that most expected better at this point in the season. It doesn't help that the Raiders have only had their best offensive stars — Darren Waller, Hunter Renfrow, Devonte Adams and Josh Jacobs — on the field together with Derek Carr for fewer than 100 snaps this season.
Renfrow and Waller will be missing again, but Jacobs is likely to play and that'll be a huge boost. He's been impressive this season rushing for 930 yards and seven touchdowns at an average of 5.1 yards per carry.
Raiders +3.5 | Seahawks -3.5
Davante Adams' OT game winner capped off a brilliant performance last week with 141 yards and two touchdowns on seven catches. Over the past month, Adams had been targeted on 34% of his routes run, the highest in the league. Carr will need Adams to be at his best if they're going to beat the Seahawks.
The Seahawks' identity under Pete Carroll has always been a run-heavy one, but Geno Smith can also rely on one of the league's better pass catching duos.
DK Metcalf may only have four receiving touchdowns on the season, but he's one of the best in the league and can dominate any cornerback in the league.
Metcalf himself has been singing the praises of his colleague Tyler Lockett, saying that he needs to be in the Pro Bowl and it's hard to disagree. He rarely gets the recognition that he deserves, but his five touchdowns and 640 receiving yards this season don't account for just how good he's been.
Betting Picks
You've probably realized at this point that Kenneth Walker III's name hasn't been mentioned at all, which is because it's down here in the pick section.
Walker has been incredible this season, taking advantage of another Rashaad Penny injury to grab that bellcow role and take over the Seahawks backfield. He's the clear offensive rookie of the year frontrunner, having scored seven touchdowns and rushed for just shy of 600 yards.
Walker's line for this game stands at 75.5 yards at PointsBet against a team that has allowed an average of 122.9 rushing yards per game. He's exceeded 75.5 rushing yards in four of his past six games and coming into this one fresh off the bye, you can be confident that he'll have another big day on the ground.
