The San Francisco 49ers (4-4) and Tampa Bay Buccaneers (4-5) will face off in NFL Week 10 at 1 p.m. ET from Raymond James Stadium in Tampa. The game will be live on FOX and can be streamed on YouTube TV and other platforms.
The 49ers are favored by 6.5 points over the Buccaneers (49ers -6.5) with the total set at over/under 50 points scored. San Francisco is -300 on the moneyline and Tampa Bay is +240.
The 49ers had their bye last week and are one-half game behind the NFC West-leading Cardinals entering Week 10. They'll get a boost with Christian McCaffrey poised to make his season debut. The Buccaneers lost 30-24 last Monday night against the Chiefs for a third straight loss. Tampa Bay remained efficient offensively without Mike Evans and Chris Godwin.
Let's get into my 49ers vs. Buccaneers prediction and my NFL picks for Week 10.

Against the Spread Pick
I'm laying the points with the 49ers here. San Francisco is coming off its bye week, and the public is high on Tampa Bay after it went toe-to-toe with the Chiefs last week in primetime.
Christian McCaffrey looks ready to make his 2024 regular-season debut, and the 49ers offense is ready to break out.
Over/Under Prediction
I'm not betting this game's over/under, despite my optimism in the 49ers offense.
Moneyline
I'm not drinking the juice and betting the 49ers moneyline. I'm going to lay the points.
My pick: 49ers -6.5 (-110)
How To Bet 49ers vs. Buccaneers Picks
I’ve seen this movie before. The 49ers look like they’re down and out and then erupt. Well, they’re coming out of the bye week here and look like they’ll actually be the much healthier team.
Offensively, the Buccaneers have been decimated offensively. Mike Evans and Chris Godwin are the two most important players on this offense outside of Baker Mayfield, and they’re both out. Jalen McMillan was also a late addition to the injury report this week. Sterling Shepard was the go-to guy for Tampa Bay last week alongside Rakim Jarrett and Ryan Miller (who?) while Trey Palmer was essentially benched.
Tight end Cade Otton has been the saving grace for this Buccaneers offense, but the 49ers cover tight ends better than most other teams in the NFL. Fred Warner leads this defense that will do its best to take away Tampa Bay’s biggest strength.
This Bucs team is running hot, as well. The division obviously gives them easier matchups this season against the Saints and Panthers, and last week’s game against the Chiefs was something that will have people believing Tampa Bay will be able to cover here.
The Buccaneers have already given up 500 passing yards to Kirk Cousins this season and 40 points to the Ravens. It’s clear that this defense can be exploited.
And it looks like Christian McCaffrey is going to be back for the 49ers this week. That makes this a spot to absolutely back San Francisco. He’s hugely important to this offense and adds a new dimension to the 49ers’ attacks through the air and on the ground.
Last year, the 49ers limped into their bye week and faced the Jaguars coming out. A lot of people were on the Jags getting five or six points and seemed like a spot to fade San Francisco.
Well, the 49ers won 34-3. Again, we’ve seen this movie before, and I’m backing the 49ers up to -6.5.
Pick: 49ers -6.5 (-110)
