NFL player prop bets offer tremendous value on the board every week. They receive less action and money than NFL sides and totals, opening up attractive opportunities for bettors.
One of the best resources to help determine which prop bets to wager on is our FantasyLabs Player Props tool.
We leverage the listed prop bets against our player projections from Sean Koerner, the No. 1 in-season fantasy football ranker in three of the past four seasons.
Each prop bet receives a Bet Quality grade between 1 and 10, with 10 being the biggest edge.
Seahawks vs. Rams Prop Bets
My Sunday night prop bets have hit at an 80.6% (29-7) rate this season. Let's take a look at two props offering value for the Sunday Night Football showdown between the Seattle Seahawks and Los Angeles Rams.
Rams QB Jared Goff
The Pick: Over 1.5 Passing Touchdowns (-112)
Bet Quality: 8/10
The Rams offense has struggled all season, but the one team they always seem to produce against is Seattle. In his last three games against the Seahawks, Jared Goff has averaged 344.7 passing yards and 22.6 fantasy points.
Earlier this year, Goff posted 395 passing yards and 22.8 fantasy points during a time when the Rams were struggling and Seattle was playing well.
This time, the game is at home and Goff has a full cabinet of weapons back with Brandin Cooks finally healthy. The Rams quarterback is coming off his best game of the season against Arizona, during which he threw for 424 yards, two touchdowns and no interceptions. Goff was the Week 13 overall QB2.
Our projection of 1.7 passing touchdowns is 13% over the implied total of 1.5. I would bet this prop down to -140.
Seahawks TE Jacob Hollister
The Pick: Over 3.5 Receptions (+123)
Bet Quality: 7/10
Hollister has become an important weapon in the Seattle offense with wide receiver Tyler Lockett still dealing with the lingering effects of a leg injury combined with the flu.
The Rams are average against defending tight ends, but Hollister has seen 28 targets over the past four weeks with two overall top-four PPR tight end finishes.
Hollister ranks second among all tight ends in target separation (2.2 yards), which means he is a consistently open target for quarterback Russell Wilson.
Our FantasyLabs projection of 3.6 receptions is 9% above his implied total. I would bet this 7-rated prop up to +105.
Rams TE Tyler Higbee
The Pick: Over 3.5 Receptions (-143)
Bet Quality: 7/10
With teammate Gerald Everett again ruled out with a knee injury, Higbee is a fantastic DFS or seasonal fantasy play at home against Seattle.
Higbee produced the overall TE1 performance last week against Arizona with seven receptions, 107 yards and one receiving touchdown. Seattle is the fifth-most generous team to opposing tight ends, allowing the third-most receiving yards.
We project Higbee for 4.1 receptions, which is 9% above his implied total of 3.8 receptions. I would bet this 7-rated prop up to -150.
