Here we have one of the busiest three-day stretches on the sports calendar until March Madness arrives. While it's not overwhelming in overall volume, we will get to see some huge football games on Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
Of course, we all know the FCS Title game is the biggest game in sports every year, but these NFL Divisional matchups aren't too shabby themselves.
Here's what you need to know about sharp action and how it pertains to both Saturday NFL games — Vikings-49ers and Titans-Ravens.
Minnesota Vikings @ San Francisco 49ers
4:35 p.m. ET | NBC
First on the docket: Vikings-Niners, in what will be Jimmy G's first postseason start. That has not been a profitable spot historically, but there hasn't been much action on the spread since the line moved to the key number of seven earlier in the week.
However, the over/under has been targeted by sharps.
After opening at 45.5, sharp activity has been coming in on the under, pushing it down to 44. The majority of bettors (58%) have taken the over, but the big bets certainly expect the defenses to perform well, as 56% of the money is on the under.
An early Steam Move got the ball rolling on Monday, striking the under at 45.5, and the consistent flow of money helped drop it down even more. Things have been fairly quiet since Thursday, but late activity on either the spread or over/under would not surprise me given the importance of both numbers.

Tennessee Titans @ Baltimore Ravens
8:15 p.m. ET | CBS
After some initial sharp action on the Titans earlier in the week, the spread has regressed back to the opening number of BAL -10. Professional action had dropped the line down to TEN +9 and even as far as +8 in some spots, but it's crept back up to 10 across the market.
With limits higher now than earlier in the week, it'll be interesting to see if sharps take another bite on Tennessee getting double digits.
The over/under doesn't have the public and sharps split like it does in San Fran, but instead, an alliance of sorts on the under.
Public, sharps and Mother Nature will all be cheering on the under.
- 58% of bets
- 65% of money
- 13 mph average winds
Though there haven't been any Bet Signals indicating big waves of sharp activity hitting the market, the factors listed above have helped gradually move the line down from 48 to 47.
