Steelers vs. Raiders

Jaylen Warren’s reception line is set at just 2.5, which feels like a must-smash given what we’ve seen from him this year.
He’s carving out a role in the Steelers offense and taking reps from Najee Harris, and he continues to look like the superior back.
In two games this season, Warren has made nine receptions on 12 targets. Not only that, he also averaged 16.5 yards per reception last week against the Browns, with his four catches going for 66 yards.
His role on this offense will only continue to grow and he should hit over 2.5 receptions.
Pick: Jaylen Warren Over 2.5 Receptions (-106)
Steelers vs. Raiders

The Steelers haven’t looked great on offense and Kenny Pickett has certainly had his struggles, but we need to remember that they’ve faced the Niners and the Browns — two of the NFL’s elite defenses.
Last week with Diontae Johnson out, we saw Pickens get targeted 10 times. He only managed to haul in four of those passes, but still turned it into 127 yards.
Pickens is an explosive player and he should be able to get far more separation against a Raiders secondary that is far less talented than the groups he’s faced thus far.
With 17 targets through two games, it’s clear that he should get the volume. Expect him to turn that volume into yardage on Sunday Night Football.

This is a very speculative pick, but I like the +850 offer on Darnell Washington to find the end zone.
I totally understand being skeptical of this pick, especially given that Washington has no targets, yet alone catches, through two games.
However, as I’ve written above, this game should be one which gives the Steelers offense a chance to finally breathe after tough tests against the 49ers and Browns.
Washington’s return to Las Vegas will be a homecoming, and he’ll want to shine. Despite having no targets thus far, Washington is fifth amongst rookie TEs in terms of snaps at 43%. He’s been on the field a lot in crucial areas and I believe this is a value play.
At +850, I can’t say he’ll certainly score, but if he’s on the field in the red zone, then he has a much better shot than the 10.5% chance that the odds imply.
Over the course of a season, I expect to see him score on multiple occasions.
