There are three things universally loved no matter who you ask: Paul Rudd, the Super Bowl and longshots.
While we here at the Action Network can't help with Rudd, we do have quite a bit of experience identifying savvy longshot bets, especially when it comes to Super Bowl picks.
So if you're someone who doesn't have the time or bankroll to handicap and get down on the plethora of Super Bowl props available and are looking to throw a few bucks on low-risk, high-upside longshot picks, then this article is for you.
Below I've detailed our favorite Super Bowl longshot picks for Chiefs vs. Eagles, including links to even more analysis detailing why we believe there is plenty of data supporting each big potential payout.
Super Bowl Longshots
*Odds as of Sunday morning
Patrick Mahomes Anytime Touchdown (+550 at FanDuel)
Should +550 really be considered a "longshot?" Well, this is my article so I make the rules and it is.
But more importantly, the Action Network's anytime touchdown guru Gilles Gallant believes that despite Patrick Mahomes' ankle injury, the Chiefs quarterback is undervalued to punch one in tonight.
Mahomes has five rushing touchdowns in 13 career playoff games and faces a Philly defense that allowed the fourth-most rushing yards to quarterbacks this season.
Pick: Patrick Mahomes Anytime TD |

C.J. Gardner-Johnson to Record Interception (+825 at bet365)
Branching out from just touchdown props, Gallant is also taking a shot on Gardner-Johnson to pick off Patrick Mahomes (or any other Chiefs quarterback) at +825 odds for the following reasons:
- Gardner-Johnson led Philadelphia in interceptions this season
- Eight of the 12 interceptions Mahomes has thrown this season were to safeties
- The Eagles defense has forced one interception in 12-of-20 games (58%)
Isiah Pacheco: Exactly 12 Rush Attempts (+900 at BetMGM)
The Super Bowl prop-betting GOAT, Sean Koerner, has dug up quite a doozy when it comes to rushing attempts.
Among Koerner's full card of Super Bowl prop picks is Chiefs running back Isiah Pacheco to carry the ball exactly 12 times at +900 odds.
Why, you might ask?
Koerner projects Pacheco for 11.7 rush attempts with a 53% chance that he finishes with 9-13 carries.
Super Bowl MVP: Devonta Smith (+3300 at FanDuel)
Our Brandon Anderson broke down the full list of Super Bowl MVP odds and settled on Smith as his favorite bet to win the award.
A combination of a poor Chiefs pass defense and Smith's emergence down the stretch makes him a very affordable Super Bowl MVP bet at the longshot price of 33-1.
