Will Taylor Swift be mentioned by the Super Bowl MVP?

FanDuel has released odds on a variety of Swift and Kelce markets. The first we wrote about is whether Travis Kelce would propose to Taylor Swift after the Super Bowl.

The other market is whether the Super Bowl MVP will mention Taylor Swift by name during his acceptance speech.

The odds of that the superstar singer/songwriter may be mentioned during the postgame speech may be higher than you think.

Will the Super Bowl MVP Mention Taylor Swift?

Yes+230
No-310

Odds according to FanDuel and only available in Ontario, Canada as of January 29. No legal, major American sportsbook will host any Taylor Swift props for the Super Bowl.

The question posed by FanDuel is "Will the MVP mention Taylor Swift in his speech?" There are no stipulations as to which team, so Swift could be mentioned by a member of either the Chiefs or the 49ers. In addition, the context of the mention doesn't matter at all. If the words "Taylor Swift" are uttered in succession, in any manner, this market will be graded as a win.

The "yes" option is +230 while "no" is -310.

That would give the yes implied odds of about 29% with the vigorish removed. The "no" market implies odds of about 71%. If you think the odds are higher for either market, you might have a betting edge.
