The Tennessee Titans (3-8) and Washington Commanders (7-5) clash in NFL Week 13 at 1 p.m. ET from Northwest Stadium in Landover, Md. The game will be live on CBS and can be streamed on Paramount+ and YouTube TV.
The Commanders are favored by 6 points with the game total set at 44.5 points scored. The Commanders are -260 favorites to win outright on the moneyline, while the Titans are +210 to pull off the upset.
Let's get into my Titans vs. Commanders picks and NFL picks.
The Titans won 32-27 over the Texans last week. Will Levis threw a pick-6, but he was otherwise great with 278 yards, 2 touchdowns and an 11.6 yards-per-attempt average. Tony Pollard ran for 119 yards and a touchdown. The Commanders lost 34-26 to extend their losing streak to 3. Washington only scored 9 points in the first 3 quarters as the offense sputtered again.
Titans vs. Commanders Prediction
Spread
I'm betting on Tennessee. I think the betting market has overrated Washington for a while now, and this Titans team finally broke through last week with a big upset win.
Tennessee is not as bad as its record indicates, so I'm taking the points.
My Pick: Titans +6
Moneyline
I'm not betting the Titans moneyline.
Over/Under
I project this game total at 44 points, so I'm pretty close to the market and won't be betting it.

Titans vs. Commanders Preview
I’ve been saying this for weeks now, but this Commanders team simply isn’t as good as was perceived early in the season.
One reason is offensive coordinator Kliff Kingsbury. You might remember his Cardinals offenses routinely fell off in the second half of the season.
He’s not one of these coordinators who’s known for doing a bunch in terms of creative schemes and moving guys around before the snap. He’s more about, “OK, let’s master the offense and positions everybody lines up in.” At this point in the season, there's a big sample size of film out there on each offense, and defenses start to adjust.
Last week, many people were surprised by the Cowboys’ performance against the Commanders, but that was a spot the Dallas defense had to show up, and did so behind a veteran defensive coordinator in Mike Zimmer.
Every time the Commanders had the ball, Jayden Daniels would scramble and get a yard or two at the most before going out of bounds. Dallas was all over him. Teams now know that you can crowd the line of scrimmage against the Commanders and focus on taking away the run game and Daniels’ mobility.
What would really benefit Washington is a quality run game, but Austin Ekeler was placed on the injured reserve after going to the hospital for a concussion last week. Brian Robinson practiced on Wednesday, but he has been dealing with nagging injuries all season.
This Titans defense is still good, and the duo of Jeffery Simmons and T'Vondre Sweat up the middle will cause problems for the Commanders. It’s going to be tough for Washington to have success running the ball in the middle of the field.
This underrated Tennessee defense ranks fifth in early down success rate. It’s getting some guys back and it's a healthy unit.
In the pass game, Terry McLaurin was having a quiet game last week until his miracle touchdown. The Titans' corners are good and should cause him problems.
Then there’s Will Levis.
I will say, he has faced five of the top 11 pass defenses in the NFL. In the past three weeks, he’s faced three of the top seven in the Vikings, Texans and Chargers. In those three games, Levis completed 68% of passes, with five touchdowns and two interceptions.
Now, he gets a Commanders defense that will be the worst he's faced all season. The Commanders defense struggles to put pressure on opponents, so this is shaping up to be a good matchup for Levis.
My Pick: Titans +6
