The Titans (0-3) face the Dolphins (1-2) in Week 4 of the NFL season, with kickoff set for 7:30 p.m. ET at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami. Here's an early look at the Titans vs. Dolphins odds, spread and total for this Monday evening matchup.

The Titans are favored by one point over the Dolphins in the latest NFL odds for Week 4, with the over/under set at 37.5.

Tennessee Titans

Tennessee is sticking with Will Levis at quarterback despite his struggles thus far. The quarterback’s just 64-of-94 for 579 yards, four touchdowns and five interceptions. His picks have been particularly ugly and have gone viral.

A bright spot for the Titans has been their defense, as they’re giving up the fifth-fewest yards per game (263.7).

Miami Dolphins

The Dolphins' quarterback situation is extremely murky as Skylar Thompson left the team's loss to the Seahawks with a chest injury. He was, of course, playing in place of Tua Tagovailoa, who is on IR after suffering another concussion.

Tim Boyle replaced Thompson under center after being promoted off the practice squad over the weekend. He finished 7-of-13 for 79 yards as Miami failed to find the end zone.
