The Kansas City Chiefs, Philadelphia Eagles and San Francisco 49ers remain the top three favorites to win the Super Bowl and have been in a tier of their own for most of the season.
The Chiefs are currently the favorite to win the Super Bowl after a bounce-back win over the Miami Dolphins on Sunday. The Chiefs are +475 to win it all at BetMGM.
The Eagles at +500 on BetMGM are not far behind the reigning champs. The Eagles are coming off one of their biggest wins of the season after defeating the Dallas Cowboys by a score of 28-23 to remain in command of the NFC East.
After a bye this past week, the 49ers are still in the midst of a three-game losing streak after starting the season 5-0. Despite the losing streak, the sportsbooks remain bullish on the 49ers as they are third in Super Bowl odds at +600 at BetMGM.

The Baltimore Ravens are behind the 49ers at +900. However, the Cincinnati Bengals have quickly been on the rise. The Bengals struggled at the beginning of the season but have made statements in back-to-back weeks with wins over the 49ers and Bills. They are now +1000 to win the Super Bowl on BetMGM.
