The World Cup group draw was completed on Friday, with Group G being one of the strongest and deepest groups that will be on display.
One of the definitive favorites in Brazil will be present, while quality UEFA sides in Serbia and Switzerland will also battle for a position in the knockout stages.
Cameroon rounds out the group from CAF qualification and it won't be an easy out by any means.
Here's the prognosis for Group G.

The Favorite: Brazil
Brazil, the highest-ranked team in the FIFA rankings and five-time World Cup champion, comes into this group as the heavy favorite.
The Selecao dominated CONMEBOL qualifying, winning 14 games and drawing three en route to finals qualification. There's a reason why Brazil is the favorite to win the World Cup, and that honor is thoroughly deserved.
The Dark Horse: Serbia
Serbia finished third in its 2018 World Cup group, failing to qualify for the knockout stage, but it comes in as a well-respected side.
Ranked 15th in the Action Network's Power Rankings and 25th in FIFA poll, Serbia ousted Portugal in Group A of UEFA's qualification with six wins and two draws. Don't underestimate this side ahead of the World Cup.
Potential Shock Elimination: Switzerland
The Swiss have made it out of the group stage in each of the past two tournaments, but it'll be a tough route to repeating that achievement.
A massive tie with Serbia will be the biggest factor in determining the second team to come out of this group, but securing three points against Cameroon and getting a point against Brazil would be major boosts to the campaign.
