The 2023 Women's World Cup is underway in Australia and New Zealand as the world's best women's soccer teams compete for the greatest trophy in the sport.
This year's World Cup will run from July 20 all the way to August 20, when the title game is played in Sydney.
USA are the favorite to take home a third consecutive Women's World Cup, with the Stars & Stripes listed at +230 heading into the opening day. However, they are not as strong of a favorite as they were in recent iterations of the event.
The world is catching up to the United States in the game, making for what should be an excellent tournament.
