England avoided another scare in the Euros as they needed penalty kicks to beat Switzerland in the quarterfinals.

It took 75 minutes for the ball to reach the back of the net. Switzerland's Breel Embolo opened up the scoring in the match.

It did not take long for England to answer. Bukayo Saka evened the scoring up just five minutes later with a brilliant strike from his right boot.

England went five-for-five in the penalty shootout with Liverpool's Trent Alexander-Arnold securing the victory for the Three Lions. England to advance (-175) was the most popular prop at BetMGM.

England was one of the favorites to win the entire thing throughout the tournament and in the quarterfinals.

The Three Lions were +400 to lift the trophy before the match against Switzerland. England is now +225 to win the Euros at DraftKings. They are the second-largest favorite behind Spain (+190).

England will face the winner of Netherlands vs. Turkey in the semifinals. That match will take place at 2 p.m. ET on Wednesday. England is expected to be favored in the match. Before their quarterfinal match, Netherlands was +650 to win the Euros while Turkey was +4000 at DraftKings.
