After results on the weekend saw Everton suffer a 2-0 loss to Liverpool and Burnley beat Wolves in a 1-0 victory, the Toffees are now at -155 odds to be relegated to the Championship, according to FanDuel.
As for the Clarets, they’re currently at +130 odds to be sent down.
Everton has been a mainstay of the Premier League since 1955, but its position in the English top flight is in serious danger. As it stands, the Toffees are in the third place and final relegation position, sitting two points behind Burnley in 17th place.
The Clarets have played one more game than the Toffees, but the latter’s run in is certainly tougher than their relegation rivals. They have fixtures with Chelsea and a road clash at Arsenal, while Burnley's lone game against a top-six side comes against Tottenham.
Speaking of Spurs, they’re now solid underdogs to qualify for a Champions League position, listed at +140 odds. Arsenal is favored to secure the final available top-four slot, priced at -210 odds. Manchester City, Liverpool and Chelsea will make up the first three UCL positions.
Tottenham has a remaining fixture against Liverpool at Anfield, but the biggest game on the schedule is the North London derby played May 12. That fixture will have a major role in determining which of Arsenal and Tottenham qualifies for the Champions League next season.
Lastly, in terms of the title race, City is the favorite to take home the crown at -195, while second-place Liverpool is +140 and just a point behind.
