By no means does Chelsea come into this game with any time of form, but I do believe it should be a heavier favorite against a team that is struggling as much as Wolves.
The visitors enter this match having dropped three in a row after making a brief push for a European position, and haven't been able to muster more than 0.59 expected goals in any of those outings.
On Chelsea's end, there hasn't been much urgency as there aren't big goals for the Blues to play for, but as they sink back into a very small top four battle, they should be looking to take care of business once and for all to qualify for next year's Champions League.
In the reverse fixture, Wolves was able to bog things down and generate a 0-0 draw, but things will be harder at Stamford Bridge. Chelsea has a 0.92 xG/game differential at home, while Wolves has posted a woeful -0.78 number away from the Molineux Stadium, and I think we can expect that to hold up in this position.
Zimmerman's Pick: Chelsea -1.5 (+110)
Brentford vs. Southampton Odds
Brentford Odds | +115 |

While Brentford's great run of form was halted by Manchester United on Monday, it has been an excellent stretch for the club.
Nonetheless, I do believe the Bees are being overvalued a bit in this position against a side that is actually somewhat solid on the road relative to its overall form.
Southampton hasn't been able to pick up results as of late, but performances haven't been awful and the Saints' -0.11 xG/game differential away from home matches up well with Brentford's -0.13 xG/game differential at home. This isn't the poor Brentford team we saw earlier in the year, but it's not like this is a remarkably different side.
Add in a few injury problems for Brentford, and there are plenty of reasons to believe that the value lies with the away side getting half a goal.
I wouldn't go past -140 on this wager, but with two sides that are more evenly matched up than they are getting credit for, I'm happy to take the free half-goal at a reasonable price.
Zimmerman's Pick: Southampton +0.5 (-135)
