Man City have skyrocketed back into pole position for the Premier League title after defeating Arsenal at the Emirates on Wednesday evening.
The defending Premier League champions beat Arsenal, 3-1, and after being underdogs to them in the title hunt for about a month, have moved back in front at a -200 price at BetMGM.
Prior to the match, City were +150, while Arsenal were a -175 title favorite. The City victory pulled them level on points with Arsenal, though City have played one more game than their title rivals.
Manchester United, who are on a nice run following the World Cup break, are listed at +1600 to overtake both of the squads ahead of them.
The other remaining title "contenders" include Newcastle (+10000), Tottenham (+30000), Liverpool (+50000) and Chelsea (+75000).

Newcastle is the biggest outsider that has found themselves in the conversation, opening the year with +6600 odds.
However, it does already feel like we've been in a two-team race for the title for quite some time. The only unit with a fighting chance at contending would be United, but the Red Devils are currently dealing with injury issues.
