Chelsea hosts West Ham United on Sunday in a match between teams that likely know where they'll be finishing in the Premier League this season. However, both clubs have their eyes set on other European competitions.
Nothing is assured, though, and each squad will be looking to find a result in this iteration of the London-based derby.
So, how will this clash unfold at Stamford Bridge? Let's take a look.
Chelsea Hoping to Land FA Cup Crown
After bowing out of the Champions League against Real Madrid, Chelsea's focus has essentially been boiled down to closing out the EPL calendar and competing for an FA Cup crown.
As it stands, the Blues are third in the English top flight with two games in hand on fourth-place Arsenal and boast a two-point edge. That's an extremely comfortable position, with the odds reflect that since Chelsea is currently listed at -4000 to earn a top-four position.
Chelsea has had a tumultuous season included a period when the status of the club was in the air due to owner Roman Abramovich, but now it's a relatively calm period for a squad that looks to regroup as much as it can this summer.
Heading into this fixture, Chelsea has put in some rough performances, getting outplayed by Brentford and Arsenal in consecutive home games. This will be an opportunity for the club to find its footing and secure a guaranteed UCL spot with the FA Cup soon to follow.
West Ham Focused on Europa League Finish
For the Hammers, it's all about the Europa League. And while this might sound similar to the situation that Chelsea is in, it's far from it.
West Ham has reached the Europa League semifinals, with a title resulting in in the first-ever Champions League appearance for the club. With the Hammers on the outside looking in on a Europa League position for next year via the league table, let alone a UCL position, this is truly a golden ticket.
They'll play their next Europa League game against Eintracht Frankfurt on Thursday, and it's easy to imagine they won't be fully focused in this tie. There is little to play for against Chelsea, yet as much as there is possibly to play for in the next match.
Just a week ago, West Ham fell to Burnley after returning from a Europa League game against Lyon. It wouldn't be a big surprise to see the competition take a toll on the Hammers' EPL form once again.

Betting Analysis & Pick
As I mentioned above, I'm a firm believer Chelsea will play this game with greater purpose and intention.
Combine that with the fact Chelsea has posted a home expected-goals differential per game of 0.85 while West Ham's road differential sits at -0.28 overall. Needless to say, this contest is shaping up to be a game where the Blues could really thrive.
And while Chelsea has struggled at home of late, West Ham has been even worse on the road.
I'm comfortable backing the better, more focused side to get the job done in a match that won't be that important for the Hammers.
Pick: Chelsea -1 (-120)
