Manchester City and its quest for a Champions League title begins Tuesday with a trip to Spain face Sevilla in an intriguing opening match.
The English champions have gotten off to an unbeaten start through six games in the Premier League , but a European title has always been the trophy that has escaped manager Pep Guardiola and the Cityzens.
Meanwhile, the La Liga side has struggled out of the gates and the club can’t be relishing this fixture against City’s high-flying attack.

Over the summer, Sevilla cashed in on its center-back pairing, with Diego Carlos joining Aston Villa and Jules Koundé going to Barcelona.
Manager Julen Lopetegui’s team has had major defensive issues after those departures, allowing a goal in all four matches and multiple tallies in three of those contests in the Spanish top flight.
The rough start also includes a 3-0 loss to Barcelona last weekend, which features a similar offense that Lopegeui’s side will be facing here.

One other note with the Cityzens is key defender Kyle Walker limped off with an injury this past weekend, which would be a huge loss on the defensive side.
