Here are the latest top goalscorer odds:
Tottenham's Harry Kane is the +225 favorite to be top goalscorer in 2018-19. He led the league with 25 goals in 2015-16 and 29 goals in 2016-17, and finished second behind Mo Salah with 30 goals in 2017-18. As long as he stays healthy for most of the season, he should be good for another 20+ goals.
Liverpool's Mo Salah was the top goalscorer in the Premier League last season with 32 goals, two ahead of Harry Kane. He suffered an unfortunate shoulder injury in the Champions League final which also hindered his World Cup abilities, but he should be 100% ready-to-go for the EPL season.

Arsenal's Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Manchester City's Sergio Aguero are tied for third on the list with +700 odds each.
Aubameyang scored ten goals in just 13 league matches for Arsenal last season and should thrive under new manager Unai Emery. Aguero has managed four straight 20+ goal seasons, but he's unlikely to play enough games in 2018-19 to lead the league.
Rounding out the top-five is Manchester United's Romelu Lukaku at +800 odds. He was incredibly impressive in Belgium's third-place finish at the World Cup and will likely be a trendy pick to lead the EPL in goals this season. It's hard not to like Lukaku, though, especially as the go-to scorer for a top club.
