It's World No. 1 versus World No. 2 for the Wimbledon title when Novak Djokovic and Carlos Alcaraz square off on Sunday morning.
Djokovic and Alcaraz were the heavy favorites to reach the final ahead of the tournament, and both have largely gone untested in their runs to the championship.
Alcaraz has dropped just two sets – one to Nicolas Jarry and one to Matteo Berrettini – and the same is the case for Djokovic, who dropped sets to Hubert Hurkacz and Andrey Rublev.
When FanDuel opened the odds, Djokovic was favored at -178 and Alcaraz at +146, but that number is already long gone, as Djokovic is currently -215 with Alcaraz at +176.
The pair met at the French Open just a month ago, and in that match Alcaraz was a -230 favorite. Djokovic and Alcaraz split sets before the 20-year-old started enduring full body cramps. This effectively ended the match, as Djokovic cruised to a four-set victory.
-215 represents the second-longest price for Djokovic compared to his last four Wimbledon finals. He's won four in a row, but he was -190 against Roger Federer in their famous 2019 clash.
The 2020 iteration of Wimbledon was cancelled due to COVID-19.
