We've reached the first weekend of the Australian Open, and with it comes some great matchups on the men's and women's side.

For today's batch of matches, there are a host of live Americans that our analysts believe have value.

Here is how Avery Zimmerman, David Gertler and Kenny Ducey are playing the third round matches.

Danielle Collins vs. Clara Tauson

7 p.m. ET projected start time

Gertler talks about the tools that Collins has to limit the momentum that Tauson has coming into the match.

It's an interesting stylistic matchup that promises to be fascinating, but Collins has the ability to blunt some of the weapons that Tauson has physically and mentally, he says.

Alize Cornet vs. Tamara Zidansek

7 p.m. ET projected start time

A match where Gertler does believe a positive run will continue, however, is with Cornet, who has the hard-court advantage on a clay-courter in Zidansek.

He talks about the differences in play that should allow for Cornet to take control of this match.

Roberto Bautista Agut vs. Taylor Fritz

11:15 p.m. ET projected start time

Two of the most in-form players of the tournament go at it in this match, and Ducey is backing the American to prevail and continue his blistering hot streak.

Look for the American to use his massive serve and forehand combination to push Bautista Agut back, and from there the Spaniard has an uphill battle.

Maxime Cressy vs. Christopher O'Connell

12 a.m. ET projected start time

The serve-and-volley master Cressy has broken out in Australia, and Zimmerman believes he'll continue to do thrive against the Aussie.

Read on for the breakdown of a crucial fourth round opportunity for each player.

Felix Auger-Aliassime vs. Dan Evans

1 a.m ET projected start time

This is truly a matchup of power versus finesse and tactics, as Ducey talks about.

Auger-Aliassime will look to take the initiative in the match as he always does, but Evans is one of the most unique players on the men's side, utilizing a wicked slice and consistent approaches to the net. Ducey believes that will serve him well in this spot.
