The fourth round of Wimbledon is upon us, and Sunday will deliver two mouth-watering matchups with two of the very best in the world in action against some worthy challengers.
Carlos Alcaraz should be in for another tough test against a player who's historically played the top players quite well, while Jannik Sinner will take on upstart Ben Shelton who just may be figuring out how to play on the grass of Wimbledon.
Here are my Wimbledon predictions for Alcaraz – Humbertand Sinner – Shelton.

Wimbledon Odds & Wimbledon Predictions
Carlos Alcaraz (-800) vs. Ugo Humbert (+550)
8:30 a.m. ET
Ugo Humbert's been something of a giant killer throughout his career. He owns a stellar 12-14 record against the top 10, and while you may shrug your arms at a losing record it's important to remember that he's spent most of his career outside the world's top 20 and these players are always very difficult to move past. Batting nearly .500 is impressive, and it's proof that he's a big-match player.
The lefty is playing the best tennis of his career this year after getting a full season of work in with his new coach Jeremy Chardy and he's back on grass, where he was one of the hottest players in the world just three years ago. He's done plenty of winning on the surface with his big lefty serve and flat backhand, and he should be more than capable of keeping matters close against Carlos Alcaraz.
The Spaniard has looked the slightest bit shaky over the last month, and even though he won the French Open it has to be said that he could have played a bit better and exhibited wiser shot selections. He allowed qualifier Mark Lajal and Aussie Alexander Vukic to play shockingly competitive matches before being pushed five sets on Friday against Frances Tiafoe, so it would seem a tough test against Humbert should be no different.
It's tough to find much value in Humbert to win a set, but with his big serve there should be few breaks between the two throughout as the Frenchman pushes for an upset.
Pick: Humbert +5.5 games (+100 via DraftKings)
Jannik Sinner (-1400) vs. Ben Shelton (+850)
10 a.m. ET
Sure, the Jan-Carlos rivalry has been captivating over the last couple of seasons, but Sinner may be developing a new, exciting rivalry with American Ben Shelton.
The two have played three extremely close matches with Shelton taking out Sinner on the quick courts in Shanghai before losing 7-6, 7-5 indoors in Vienna and 7-6, 6-1 on a slow outdoor hardcourt at Indian Wells.
Shelton seems to be discovering how to play grass in real time, similar to how he figured out how to return serve as last year's US Open went on. This kid's competitive spirit and dedication to winning makes him an impossible player to doubt in spots like these, and his serve seems to be working incredibly well on grass this week as we anticipated it would in time.
The American should take a set here at the very least given how close he came in three of those previous four sets, and given Sinner hasn't necessarily been smoking the competition here at Wimbledon with a set dropped in two of his first three matches. Even Friday's domination of Miomir Kecmanovic got interesting in the second set, and Shelton can serve much better than the Serb and hit a bigger ball.
We should be treated to a long, captivating affair — and with that I think Shelton to take a set is a no-brainer.
Pick: Shelton +2.5 games (-105 via DraftKings)
