Sean Koerner, our Director of Predictive Analytics, highlights his top five WNBA props to target on PrizePicks this Monday. He has a 53-21 record on picks he's written about so far this season.
Picks are listed below in order of his confidence, with a 10-rating being the highest. Note that Sean likes to play the following picks as a five-pack, then two- to three-packs based on the props he likes the most, hence why he provides confidence ratings.
What is PrizePicks? A daily fantasy operator — meaning they’re available in more states (30) than sports betting is! — PrizePicks offers a unique opportunity for action on player props in which you parlay two or more plays together.
Monday WNBA Picks
Brianna Turner Over 7.5 Rebounds
With Tina Charles now with the Seattle Storm, Turner should see her rebound chances go up a bit.
The Fever average the most missed field goal attempts per game and have allowed the highest offensive rebound rate in the league, so this is a sneaky spot for Turner to grab a ton of boards.
I'm projecting her closer to 9.
Confidence Rating: 9 out of 10
A'ja Wilson Over 3.5 FTM
Wilson will likely be aggressive against the Sparks' soft defense in what should be a very fast-paced game.
I'm projecting Wilson to get to the line for 6 FTA tonight with 4.5 made free throws.
Confidence Rating: 8 out of 10
Shey Peddy Over 15.5 P+R+A
Since joining the starting lineup two games ago, Peddy has played 30 and 35 minutes. Considering she's a good bet for 30+ minutes tonight, she has a much higher floor, and the best market to target is her P+R+A.
A matchup against the Fever is a nice boost for all three of these stats.
I'm projecting Peddy closer to 20 P+R+A.
Confidence Rating: 7 out of 10
Victoria Vivians Under 4 Rebounds
Vivians is starting to lose minutes to rookie Lexie Hull, which makes sense considering the Fever are in rebuilding mode and Vivians will likely sign with another team next season.
Her props are a bit inflated right now, and I think the best one to attack is her rebounds.
I'm projecting her closer to 3.
Confidence Rating: 7 out of 10
Brittney Sykes Over 9.5 Points
Sykes has scored double-digit points in five of the last seven games. She's a safe bet for 30+ minutes now that she's been in the starting lineup for the past three contests.
That gives her a high floor, and I'm projecting her closer to 12 points tonight.
Confidence Rating: 7 out of 10
