Sean Koerner, our Director of Predictive Analytics, highlights his top five WNBA props to target on PrizePicks this Tuesday. He has a 43-17 record on picks he's written about so far this season.

Picks are listed below in order of his confidence, with a 10-rating being the highest. Note that Sean likes to play the following picks as a five-pack, then two- to three-packs based on the props he likes the most, hence why he provides confidence ratings.

Tuesday's WNBA PrizePicks Plays

Cheyenne Parker Over 12.5 Points

The Dream's injury report is a total nightmare for tonight's game, as they will be without Erica Wheeler, Tiffany Hayes, Kristy Wallace, Nia Coffey and Kia Vaughn.

Parker will have to step up in their absence and should be able to take advantage of a Dallas team that struggles to defend the rim. Parker leads Atlanta with 2.9 field goals made per game inside five feet.

I'm projecting her closer to 15.5 points.

Confidence Rating: 8 out of 10

Monique Billings Over 6 Rebounds

Billings is an excellent rebounder for her size (6-foot-4), and she should see extra minutes tonight with Coffey and Vaughn both out.

In addition, Dallas averages 40.2 missed field goal attempts per game (2nd most), so there should be plenty of rebound opportunities for Billings.

I'm projecting her closer to 7.5.

Confidence Rating: 8 out of 10

Allie Quigley Over 8.5 Points

Quigley should benefit from tonight's matchup against an Aces team that loves to push the pace and defends the rim exceptionally well. She's the Sky's primary 3-point specialist, and I expect her to take a few more shots tonight.

Quigley is also due to see her 31.4% season 3P% creep back up to her 39.5% career rate.

I'm projecting her closer to 11 points.

Confidence Rating: 7 out of 10

Natasha Cloud Over 6.5 Assists

The Sparks are the worst defensive team in the league (106.9 defensive rating ranks last) and allow the most 3-pointers allowed per game (9.4).

It's a matchup where Cloud should be able to rack up assists, and I'm projecting her closer to 7.5.

Confidence Rating: 7 out of 10

Ariel Atkins over 20 PRA

With Elena Delle Donne (rest) being held out of the lineup tonight, Atkins will have to step up in her place.

She will likely be the Mystics' main source of scoring tonight against the Sparks' terrible defense, and I think the safest play here is to attack her Pts+Reb+Ast prop, which I'm projecting closer to 24.

Confidence Rating: 6 out of 10
