Hello basketball fans! Welcome to an all-new episode of the "WNBA Buckets" podcast.

Action Network WNBA betting expert Jim Turvey is back with host Maria Marino, who joins the podcast from Barclays Center, and together they discuss their best bets and analysis for the Friday slate. It's a three game slate and the crew goes game-by-game to discuss where they see value and what they're looking to play in the W.

So let's not hold you any longer and get right into the "WNBA Buckets" best bets for tonight.

Aces (-1200) at Dream

7:30 p.m. ET ⋅ WNBA League Pass

By Jim Turvey

My favorite bet for Friday are the Las Vegas Aces to win wire to wire against the Atlanta Dream.

The Aces seem like they're back, and have absolutely been rolling. They've only lost one game since Chelsea Gray made her return. Since Gray has moved back into the starting lineup, the team's net rating is now a +14.5.

So now we get the Aces on the road in Atlanta. Home-court is far from the best in the WNBA, and if any team seems like the team to fold it up and try to reset things after the Olympic break, it's the Dream.

Just to reiterate, a wire-to-wire bet means a team doesn't have to lead the entire game. You just have to lead at the end of each quarter. So the Aces have to win the first quarter and have to still lead at the end of the second quarter. So they could be up 10 at the end of the first quarter, lose the second quarter, but still be up at half, and continue to lead in the remaining two quarters.

With the Dream being as bad in the first half as they are, and the Aces absolutely rolling, that's my best bet for this game.

Mercury Player Prop Overs  at Fever

7:30 p.m. ET ⋅ WNBA League Pass

By Jim Turvey

Without Diana Taurasi, this Phoenix Mercury team doesn't have much scoring

If they're leaning on Kahleah Copper, Brittney Griner, and Natasha Cloud, all three of them have shown the ability to step up and improve their scoring when needed. I think it's going to be both a high scoring and high paced game between the Mercury and Indiana Fever.

I'm probably gonna play all three of their play over's. I might even look at Caitlyn Clark over's. If you're an over's person and you like big names getting their over's, I think this is the game you wanna play them separately or even in the same game.

Storm Player Prop Unders vs. Lynx

10:00 p.m. ET ⋅ WNBA League Pass

By Jim Turvey

I lean towards the Seattle Storm, since they are good at home. They were 8-1 at home before dropping these two recent games to the Sky and Aces.

This is a game where I'm looking at a lot of player under's, especially since the Minnesota Lynx and Seattle Storm have good defenses.

Skylar Diggins-Smith is a player I'll be looking at for her under's. I know this is a very pro Bridget Carleton podcast, she has made us a lot of money. If the books overreact and give a point total around 12.5, I'm probably gonna take the under for her.
