Friday's WNBA slate features only one game, but it should be an entertaining one considering the point spread sits within one possession.
Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever look to pick up their first win of the season when they head west to take on Dearica Hamby and the Los Angeles Sparks.
Our "Buckets WNBA" crew came through with three best bets for Fever vs. Sparks, including a play on the total and two player props.

I don't see this game being a blowout by any means, and I think it could go either way, so that's why I am staying away from the spread.
Bigs have fared well against the Fever early in the season, and I see that continuing tonight. I love Dearica Hamby and what she brings and like her props tonight.
The Fever have been picking up the pace, and they understand that with a player like Caitlin Clark, they can't play in some kind of slow half-court offense and be successful.
She's getting more freedom, and the Fever have had some solid bench production as well.
Kelsey Mitchell is back in the fold for Indiana as well, and it's coming off a 40-point first half against the Storm. I think shots will fall for the Fever tonight, and we know what the Sparks' bigs can do. So, I like this over spot a lot.
Kelsey Mitchell Over 16.5 Points at Sparks

By Maria Marino
Mitchell has scored 17 points in three straight games since returning from injury, and she hasn't even shot the ball particularly well.
She was 29% from the field against Seattle, 44% the game before that and 39% before that. The volume will always be there for Mitchell, as she has taken 17 shots per game in those last three outings.
Kia Nurse Over 12.5 Points vs. Fever

Kia Nurse has scored 13 points in her last two games and 23 in the first game.
She doesn't get nearly the same volume as someone like Mitchell, but she's shooting much more efficiently in her limited opportunities.
