The WNBA Playoffs are right around the corner. While most teams have already clinched their playoff berths, multiple tight races remain for seeding. The Minnesota Lynx hold a one-game lead over the Connecticut Sun for the No. 2 seed, and the Las Vegas Aces barely lead Seattle for the No. 4 seed.
Two player props for today's five-game slate have caught my eye, including Gabby Williams to score 15+ points at huge plus-money value, as well as Caitlin Clark to struggle a little bit offensively. Let's break down my WNBA player props for Friday, September 13.
WNBA Player Props for Friday, September 13
Aces vs Fever Player Prop: Tough Matchup for Caitlin Clark
The Fever and Aces faced off two days ago, with the latter team handling business on the road behind a 27-point, 12-rebound night from A’ja Wilson.
The Aces have won five of their past six games, with a hard-fought four-point loss on the road against the Liberty being the only blip during that stretch; this team knows the playoffs are around the corner and has responded accordingly since suffering a horrible road loss to Dallas.
In fact, Las Vegas has held its past three opponents to just 41% shooting from the floor and 23% from behind the arc.
Now, let’s move on to Clark. Clark has had great success since the return from the All-Star break, averaging close to 24 points, nine rebounds, and six assists per game on terrific efficiency. However, Clark has struggled this season against the Aces, scoring just 8, 13, and 16 points on a highly inefficient 28.6% shooting from the field in those three outings.
The Aces have found a way to slow down Clark, and that should continue with the playoffs looming and a 3-peat at the forefront of their minds.

Storm vs Wings Player Prop: Bet on Gabby Williams
In previous articles, we have discussed the Dallas Wings’ atrocious defense and the Seattle Storm’s inconsistency in 3-point shooting.
Today, these two teams clash in a game that could potentially affect Seattle’s seeding but is unimportant to Dallas, as the Wings have officially been eliminated from the WNBA Playoffs.
The Storm just returned Williams to the lineup in late August, attempting to ramp her up as much as possible before the postseason; Williams missed most of the 2024 campaign due to a stress fracture in her left foot.
While Williams’ struggled in her first four games back, her most recent stretch of games has been superb, averaging 12.8 points per game on a 61/40/75 shooting split in her past four outings.
Williams has gone over this line (15) in two of her past three games, and now she faces the league's worst defense in a matchup with blowout potential. This means that Jewell Loyd and Nneka Ogwumike could be in for a half-day at work, while a player like Williams could see a heightened volume offensively.
