WNBA play resumes today with four games after having no scheduled matchups on Labor Day.

The Chicago Sky and Atlanta Dream are eighth and ninth, respectively, with eight games left. Every game between now and the end of the regular season could decide whether these teams make the postseason or stay home and watch it from the couch.

So, which players will step up for these two squads?

Additionally, can anyone from Washington or Dallas help their team string together a handful of wins and squeak into the postseason?

Read below for two of our favorite WNBA player props on Tuesday, September 3.

Arike Ogunbowale Over 22.5 Points (+100)

Mystics vs. Wings | 8 p.m. ET

Arike Ogunbowale has been on absolute fire in her past four games, averaging 28 points, 6.0 assists and 5.3 rebounds per game on an incredibly efficient 46% shooting from the floor and 38.6% from behind the arc.

It's not too shabby for a player with an otherwise relatively inefficient shooting season.

Ogunbowale is taking the offensive reins in this last portion of the season, hoping she can lead the Wings to the playoffs. With eight games left in the season, they're only two behind the eighth-place Sky.

Part of Ogunbowale’s improvement in efficiency can undoubtedly be tied to the return of two-time WNBA All-Star Sabou Sabally. Sabally’s offensive talent takes some of the pressure from defenses off of Ogunbowale, and will continue to do so.

The Mystics are a below-average defensive team, ranking eighth in defensive rating, 10th in opponent field goal percentage and last in opponent points off of turnovers.

With Ogunbowale's volume (21.8 field goal attempts in her past four games) and her recent efficiency, expect her to clear this 22.5-point line.

Pick: Arike Ogunbowale Over 22.5 Points (+100)

Angel Reese Over 13.5 Rebounds (-135)

Sky vs. Aces | 10 p.m. ET, NBA TV

Drinking the juice like this is never fun, but this matchup with Las Vegas is too ideal to ignore.

The last time Angel Reese played against the Aces, she posted a career-high 22 rebounds in just shy of 37 minutes. It was the second time this season that she recorded double-digit offensive rebounds.

Despite their offensive brilliance, the Aces have shortcomings, which has led them to a 20-12 record. While that’s an excellent record for most teams, they have the talent to be much better, especially considering they've won the past two WNBA Finals.

A’ja Wilson will undoubtedly pull down a bundle of rebounds. Still, she must focus on keeping 6-foot-7 Kamilla Cardoso off the glass, leaving the 6-foot-4 Reese to battle with much smaller forwards like Alysha Clark and Jackie Young.

Advantage: Reese.

Pick: Angel Reese Over 13.5 Rebounds (-135)
