This line is moving quickly, so I'm jumping in now.
Jacob Lopez worked as a starter in his first three minor-league appearances. However, he was called up to the big league club in mid-April and has worked strictly as a reliever.
Lopez has made three appearances out of the bullpen with the A's, maxing out at 1 2/3 innings innings and 41 pitches. He also hasn't pitched in exactly a week.
After Lopez, Mitch Spence seemed like the ideal piggyback choice, but he made a relief appearance on Monday. The good news is the A's have several starter-type options in the 'pen.
Hogan Harris spent half the year as a starter last season and hasn't pitched since Thursday. Noah Murdock has worked in a multi-inning capacity all season, though he did throw 59 pitches on Saturday.
Harris seems like the best bet as the follower after Lopez.
