I love this matchup for Los Angeles starting pitcher Yusei Kikuchi, as he gets to face a Twins team with laughable numbers against left-handed pitching so far in 2025.
The Twins have posted a .231 wOBA with a 33% strikeout rate against the side, the latter mark being the highest among MLB lineups. They have no hitters with good splits against the side, so this is an excellent spot for Kikuchi to showcase a ceiling game.
