Yankees ML (-120)

By Kevin Rogers

Gerrit Cole is still easing his way back into the rotation for the Yankees. However, last season's Cy Young award winner hasn't lasted past the fourth inning in either of his first two outings, both New York losses.

Cole wasn't bad in his season debut against the Orioles, allowing two earned runs and striking out five, but he was taken deep four times in a 9-7 loss to the Mets at Citi Field.

The Yankees have dropped two of the first three games in Toronto, but Cole has owned the Blue Jays recently.

Going back to last season, Cole yielded a total of one run in four outings against Toronto, with the Yankees winning three of those games. The lone loss came in 10 innings, as Cole tossed six scoreless innings before the Jays hit a walk-off three-run homer to win 3-0.

In eight home starts made by Kevin Gausman, Toronto has compiled a 2-6 record, while the Jays are winless in his two outings against the Yankees this season.

This is the start that Cole gets on track and the Yankees grab a series split in Toronto.

Pick: Yankees ML (-120 | Play to -135)

Freddy Peralta Over 7.5 Strikeouts (+100)

By Tony Sartori

Milwaukee hands the ball to right-hander Freddy Peralta on Sunday, and he should be a good candidate to back. Peralta boasts a 3.67 xERA and ranks in the 70th percentile or higher in xBA, average exit velocity and hard-hit rate.

Specifically, we are going to back Peralta in the prop market. He ranks in the 93rd percentile in whiff rate and 91st percentile in strikeout rate.

Yes, 7.5 is a large number for the strikeout prop, but Peralta has recorded at least eight punchouts in six of his past 11 starts against Chicago. The Cubs also rank 25th in the league this season in strikeout rate when facing right-handed pitching.

Pick: Freddy Peralta Over 7.5 Strikeouts (+100 | Play to -105)
